Do have a small business in the Brecon Beacons and the surrounding areas. Would you like us to publish a story about your business and give you some local exposure?

Your small business

Over the Summer, we will publish a new story every day about local small business. We are specifically looking for small startup stories across Brecon and the surrounding areas including all of the Beacons and also commercial enterprise in Aberdare and Merthyr Tydfil and as far north as Builth and as far East as Hay on Wye and West is Llandovery and surrounds.

Our definition of a small business is anyone who runs a profitable commercial activity with up to 20 employees. We are particularly interested in stories that started from home with a pen and piece of paper or your PC.

We are offering Web design, Adwords (and Bing) and Social media vouchers for all participants

You will receive an email separately asking you to send us images for your story.

Please include the following:

Details about how and why  you decided to start your enterprise, What your business does. Challenges and achievements. Your products and services. A bit about your business model. Plans for the future.

Let us know where you have succeeded online and whether you have had good or bad advice. We are particularly interested in whether you feel an online presence has helped you grow your startup. If you haven’t needed an online presence tell us why too.
